Still waiting

Ordered Impalisa a month ago and still haven't received anything except stating that the label was created. Customer service just keeps saying that they miscounted the fragrance in their warehouse and "accidentally oversold" the perfume.Very disappointing experience! If you don't have the item available to sell, don't charge my account until the item is ready to ship.
