Hi I made a purchase on Sunday and paid almost $20 for priority mail, estimated delivery was Thursday, May 8.
I just received ups tracking with estimate delivery for May 12th!!
I needed to receive it asap that’s why I paid that much. If I can’t get it by May 8th I would need a full refund.
I got ZERO response. Additionally in my order I included 2 boxes of unsweetened ginger tea and 1 box of the regular sweetened ginger tea. You sent me 3 boxes of sweetened tea. I specifically selected almost all the teas UNSWEETENED because it’s for my diabetic mum!
Disappointed with my order!
