I did like but it came bend in one side and also the top lid missing. But still I can used.

As soon as it came it was broken. The light turned on, but the heater never worked. I reached out for help three times on different days on the website and never received any reply. A waste of money for sure.

i have now purchased at least 3 electric Bakhoor Burners that have died...all three of them. Some more expensive than others.
They are not made to last unfortunately. They really need to improve the electric contact mechanism big time!!!!!
Very frustrating...other than this, they are wonderful while they last.
