I absolutely love it
I am a fanatic about Gigglepuff so, of course, I had to have this oil, and I am not disappointed.
This fits the listed notes, but because this is the first day (and because the bottle is new & newly opened), the fragrance is still faint and very soft. Don't let this fool you.
I know from experience that any fragrance needs time to reach its full "bloom", and Middle Eastern fragrance products tend to be very freshly made. I promise, if you give this time, it's going to get better and better, the same as what happened with Gigglepuff. I do find that oils tend to bloom faster. I thought the Gigglepuff was good on Day One but, it started getting sweeter and richer in scent within the first week. It's now been 2 months, and it's heavenly. It's so good that I bought a second bottle to start blooming ahead of time!
The main thing I'm getting from the oil right now is a lot of the peach and gardenia (lovely!) and very soft vanilla. The caramel is there too, and it remains through the dry down. I think that was about the same as with the Gigglepuff, but maybe it had mostly only floral from the start. I know that all of the notes now have melded and the longevity is crazy good.
I am layering this oil as the base with Gigglepuff (because, of course!) on top. Even though they have the same notes, the Gigglepuff is fully bloomed so the oil just adds longevity.
Smells divided and long lasting
I’m not really enjoying the scent of this. There’s something very chemically about it that is offputting. I do not recommend as a blind buy. No idea what I’m supposed to do with it, as I haven’t been able to resell it either.
Hallopuff oil smells really good & will pair it alongside of Gigglepuff for longevity.
