This fragrance is exquisite in my opinion. The most apparent notes to my nose are blueberry, honey, amber and musk. The amber is warm, and strong. Beyond that, I do detect a hint of licorice, but it’s stays as a background note on me. And though it’s not listed, I also smell a sweet tobacco note. Overall, the fragrance is sweet, but not dense. Though i wouldn’t exactly call it airy either. It might be too much to bear on really hot days, but it’s doing well for me in the spring. I look forward to seeing how it presents itself in all seasons, though I do have a feeling that I’ll be most comfortable wearing it from autumn through spring. Longevity is amazing. I get 8-10 hrs with it. It projects nicely too, and people ask me what I’m wearing every time I have it on. The spray dispenses a lot at once, but does so in a fine mist rather than an annoying stream. And you can see the oil on your skin for a very long time after you’ve applied it. To me, it is fairly unisex, but it does lean a little bit towards the feminine side. The packaging that it arrives in is beautiful. Very nice touch towards a luxurious experience. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
