Since, I can't get a response with private messaging, maybe this will. I ordered Ajmal Santal Wood, but instead got Amber Poivre. Still no response from their service team. I've ordered from here several times before but this was the first wrong order. The main criticism I have is just having good urgent service for these types of issues.
