Last year I bought a large quantity of Al Najjar coffee from triple traders and was so happy with the quick delivery and the great customer service following delivery. Very personable, a refreshing change these days. This year also, my order arrived quickly, but I was made to pay for unvacuumed bricks of coffee. Last year these were added to my order as gifts because, they told me, they were usable but not sellable. No longer fresh. I contacted TT helpline to complain this year after my order arrived with unvacuumed coffee bricks, but they didn't bother to respond. The rest of the order was perfect and arrived very quickly, but knowing that there is no longer any customer service at triple traders, and seemingly no more quality control, I will most likely search for another company to do business with in the future
