I received the wrong item , I ordered Game of Spades Bid but got "Game of Spades: Blind Bid." Customer service was kind and quickly sent a return label and said they'd reship the correct order, which I appreciate.
I'm leaving two stars because while the service team handled it politely, the mistake still costs me time I didn't plan for. I have to find a printer, repackage an item I didn't order, and make a trip to the post office. The fix is in motion, but the error created an avoidable errand.
