The incense in the black boxes were dry and hard, and one of the red boxes. Everything else was fine, this has never happened before. But it’s hard to tell with the twelve packs, in terms of how fresh the incense is. I’ve been buying for years, never had this problem before.

I've ordered several different varieties of Nabeel insense for my electric burners. They all smell very good. I also love that Triple Traders carry many of the matching airfresheners. My house always smells great!
