Optus V, Alhambra is a fragrance designed for men and women. In a heady haze of woody iris powder, jasmine and a delicate rose with a subtle peach flair, sensual overflows of animalics and sweetened kid skin bloom. Cool, floral-woody, intoxicating, on a sparkling base of peppery musk. Top notes: orris root, rum Heart: iris, jasmine, rose Base: oud, woody notes, civet. The fragrance is available in the concentration of eau de parfum, with a bottle volume of 100 ml.

I do not own Amouage Opus V, so I am Not making a comparison. Optus V is a very pleasant fragrance, it does hit the advertised notes. It is an easy bottle to reach for when I want something that is very pleasant. It is not a beast by any means. It is very, very easy to layer, particularly with something that has a bit more rose, iris, or booze. I did not really pick up any animalic scents. So, for the money, it's a decent buy. If you are expecting Amouage type strength and performance, this is NOT it. I know that you can layer it with OGs or clones of TF Ombre Leather, TF Rose Prick, Amouage Lyric (Man or Woman), TF Velvet Blonde, and I think it will work very well others like that as well.
