I recently ordered two 50ml bottles of perfume, one Oud Rose, and one bakarat 540 50ml, for whatever reason I got two of Oud Rose delivered instead of the exact products I ordered, after reaching out to the store why I was sent two Oud Rose with a torn, weak, and wrinkled ripped off boxes and it was looking so rough! And I demand a return label to change to bakarat 540 that which I initially had on my cart before checking out. But surprisingly I got a response of decline. As I speak, no one is responding to my messages anymore. How on earth will I order the same perfume, especially when this was my first time of purchase and I ordered because I equally sell perfume, and my customer requested for barakat 540, while I got the Oud rose as an extra for me to try since I haven't used that myself. The store wouldn't communicate to even be apologetic for making such a grievous mistake if at all it was a mistake. Rather, I got a screenshot of. Two ouds rose in my payout cart. And I blatantly refused I have that in my cart because I wanted just one for myself and one Barakat 540 for a customer. And I saw what I checked out, and this make me believe that I was scam. False representation of misleading customers to get a product they never requested for. Please, beware of the store because they don't represent what they claim to represent.
