Mines came broken when I got it which I should’ve knew because I was smelling it the whole way home. And I reached out to them to get another one and they said they would sent a return box that was before I emailed them more than twice but after that that’s what they said and I never heard anything else after I told them I just wanted my money back and it’s fine I’ll return it it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard anything
