This black seed oil in particular IS THE BEST. previous companies I have ordered from have dropped it for lesser quality, easier to ship versions - this is THE BEST. When my last order of 5 bottles ( I give some to health conscious friends as gifts)arrived, 3 of them were shattered withing the shipping box. When I responded to the "your order was delivered" email with 3 photos of the condition of the package and asked for a replacement - I had a response within hours that they were shipping out the replacements right away.
