HOW TO LAYER
Apply one or two small swipes of MILLE DOUCE 12 ML Concentrated Perfume Oil to moisturized pulse points, such as the wrists, neck and inner elbows. Allow the oil to settle for approximately 30–60 seconds, then apply your chosen perfume over the same general areas or lightly onto your clothing. Do not rub the fragrance into the skin, as this can disturb its development.
